2008 Exceed & Excel x Money Mover colt: This colt was purchased from Baramul stud at the 2010 Magic Millions sale. He was a great type with a strong shoulder and a wide, powerful hindquarter. He displayed a great temperament at the sales and did so at home. Touted by staff at home as the 'money horse', this colt is showing older horses a clean pair of heals at track work so exciting times lay ahead. He is a blood relation to the Gai Waterhouse trained Exceed with Me who was listed placed before being sold to Hong Kong interest, and the 2011 NZ Oaks winner Midnight Oil. He was a $49,500 purchase.

2008 Dane Shadow x Favorite Kas filly: She was purchased from the 2010 Inglis Classic sale. Although not a big horse, she is very powerful throughout. She had proven to be a very handy two year old, although excelled at three, notching up wins in town and at the provincials. This filly hails from the family of excellent gallopers Mutawaajid, Fatoon, Jivago and Shaftesbury Avenue. She was a $33,000 purchase from Kitchwin Hills who stand Dane Shadow.

2008 Lonhro x Agile filly: Simply ticked all the boxes. She is out of a Group 1 performed Canny Lad mare, and is a full relation to a gelding who is racing in Singapore and has won 5 in a row and is Group 1 placed so far. Her pedigree speaks volumes and is an indication of her quality, which was evident the very day she began being broken in. As with her full brother, she looked to make a lovely three year old prospect when purchased at the 2010 Easter sale for $46,750.

2008 Stratum x Smartchat filly: A big, strong, colt like filly, her pedigree page looks to be shinning through as she develops with every preparation. Her dam is a half sister to Bel Esprit and she is a relation to two winners in Hong Kong. Track work riders find it difficult to pull her up in her work, and it is no surprise when you see this filly's deep girth and big hindquarter. Her purchase was certainly a reward of being in the right place at the right time when bought during a quiet period of the 2010 midyear Magic Millions sale for $22,000. She ran 2nd on debut at Randwick as a 2YO, and has been touted as a potential Group contending horse.

2008 Snitzel x Polka Queen filly: This filly was compact yet thick chested with a strong, wide hindquarter and good leg confirmation. Her dam Polka Queen, was a winner of four races, one as a two year old in town. Like her dam, this filly looks to be a horse that will compete well as a two year old and onward having already run second at a Randwick trial in her first racing preparation. She was purchased for $33,000 from the Magic Millions National sale.

2008 Not A Single Doubt x Bid Strong filly: A big, scopey filly, this girl has all the makings of a very nice three year old as many of the breed have shown. She is of good size, has a deep girth and is a great mover. She is out of a well performed Spectacular Bid mare that has already produced four winners including a stakes placed two year old. She was purchased for $40,000.

2009 Commands x Find The Cash filly: This yearling presented very well on day one of the sale, and is one of three outstanding fillies we purchased in 2011. She is a half brother to the very smart Chris Waller trained Grift. Her dam by Secret Savings, finished second in the Group 3 Blue Diamond Prelude and 4th in the Group 1 Blue Diamond stakes behind champion filly Alinghi. She is a very well balanced individual who was our first pick and purchase for 2011. She was purchased for $66,000 at the Magic Millions sale.

2009 Hussonet x Western Empress colt: Out of an excellent producing mare, by a sire with world class credentials. The mare has produced six foals to race for five winners, with 3 of them being by Hussonet also. Trainer Gary Portelli was especially active in the recruitment of this colt as it reminded him very much of his international Group 1 winning son of Hussonet, Gold Trail. He was purchased from the 2011 Inglis Classic sale for $40,000.

2009 Lonhro x Danzotto filly: By champion racehorse and sire Lonhro, out of a winning mare by Danzero who hails from the family of three time Group 1 winning 2YO Dance Hero. This Magic Millions filly is over 16 hands, and built in the mould of her great grandsire Zabeel. She is a tall, long bodied filly who stands over plenty of ground. She was purchased for $55,000.

2009 Stratum x Weekend Gossip colt: By Golden Slipper winner and record breaking sire Stratum, out of a Hussonet mare who is a half sister to three time Group 1 winner Mentality. He is an outstanding mover, and is a fine example of what the nicer Stratum progeny look like. This great walking, well balanced colt was purchased from the 2011 Magic Millions National sale for $49,500.

2009 Exceed & Excel x Lady Gulch filly: By the world leading sire of 2 year old winners and 2 year old Stakes winners, out of a four time city winning mare who is a half sister to a champion 2 year old. A very eye catching individual, it is not often you see a filly with such strength and power. She was the pick of the fillies from the 2011 Magic Millions National sale where she was purchased for $44,000.
